Leasing Your Property

At Campus Condos we make our experiences work for you. We are the oldest real estate office in the ampus area, and with 20 years of experience we know the market better than anyone. We are always aware of current market conditions; thi allows us to rent your property at its highest value. Year after year, we have leased 100% of our inventory, providing all of our owners with quality tenants.

Maintenance Services

We provide qualified maintenance personnel who will get the job done right the first time. We have built longstanding relationships with our contractors to ensure that you and your tenans get the best possible service at the lowest possible price., Tenants are able to request maintenance 24 hours a day on our website, or by calling our office during regular business hours.

Move-in and Move-out Tenants

Moving tenants in and out of a property can be the most frustrating task an owner faces. At Campus Condos we make it simple, we just do it for you. New tenants will be provided with a move-in poacket that contains utility information, our policies regarding late rent, bounced checks, and maintenance requests. We will make sure that the property has been cleaned, painted, locks changed and that carpets have been steam cleaned to make our residents move-in as pleasant ass possible. Upon a tenants move out we personally inspect each property and note any unusual wear and tear. We hold each residents security deposit throughout their rental term and refund the remainder of their deposit at the end of their lease.

Property Management Services

Each property owner recieves a detailed monthly statement detailing rents recieved and all funds taken out for maintenance or repairs. This statement is sent out with a check directly from Campus Condos for rents recieved. We deposit all rents recieved in our account and arrange repayment for bounced rent checks, this eliminating the risk of bad funds to our owners. We are able to send checks directly to our owners, or deposit checks directly into a bank account or investment fund. With the monthly statement our owners also recieve copies of all maintenance invoices for their properties. Finally, we compile a detailed year end report for each property, as well as a 1099 tax form. Another optional service is the payment of HOA dues. Each condominium complex in Austin is subject to a homeowners association fee. Campus Condos will pay the monthly fee for our owners directly out of rents recieved. Our commitment to personal service management allows you to get the most out of your real estate investment without the day-to-day worries of property maintenance.
